My packs are not a cure, but they are designed to help those of you who suffer from chronic illness or an injury by relieving some of the pain, if just for a little while, to help you get on with your day.

My name is Tiffany Buntin and I am the proud owner of Relax Pack, LLC. In 2003, I started suffering from chronic pain and constant fatigue. Since then, I have been on an endless journey of seeking doctors, taking hundreds of tests, and trying dozens of therapies in the attempt to diagnose, seek relief, and maybe even find a cure for my conditions. I have seen over a dozen doctors from osteopaths to homeopaths. I have tried acupuncture, hypnosis, physical therapy, frequency modulation, brainwave optimization, chiropractic, vitamin and supplements, guided meditation, and a host of other therapies. For a while, I even attempted the dreaded pain medications Tramadol, Lyrica and a few others, which was probably the worst experience of my life.

After telling and retelling my story to doctor after doctor, spending tens of thousands of dollars on tests and therapies, I am no better today than I was when it started. In the end, a doctor in Arizona diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Since there is no actual test for these diseases, I suspect his diagnoses came from his lack of knowing what was wrong with me and having nothing else to try.

The only thing that ever helped relieve some of the pain has been herbal therapy packs. I toss one in the microwave for a minute or so and I get some immediate relief for 15-30 minutes, giving me a chance to recharge a bit and get on with my day. Over the years I have bought them from many different stores and websites. One of the biggest issues I have had with them was that they were not organic. I decided to launch my own 100% Organic Herbal Therapy Pack Company called Relax Pack. I set out to make my packs using only fabric, flax, and herbs from certified organic vendors. I also consulted with professional Aromatherapists to ensure that my formulas have the right mix of herbs and quantities to provide the best healing potential. I manufacture the packs in my Arizona warehouse and oversee the entire manufacturing process, from the arrival of the fabric and flax seeds, to the cutting of the material, sewing, and formulation of the herbs. A lot of people ask me why I started this company. For me, starting a business was very scary and stressful, especially when I deal with an illness that is unpredictable. One minute I feel fairly good and then the next minute I realize I’ve pushed it too hard and I’m down for the count. My experiences with these diseases has been an emotional rollercoaster ride, dealing a heavy blow to my self-esteem and confidence, always living in fear of whether I can or cannot do something. The concept of this business was so near and dear to my heart, something that I connect with on such a personal level, that I decided to jump, to not live in fear and especially not be a victim of my circumstances.

I believe that my healing process is through the sharing of my experiences and if I can help anyone deal with pain, even a little, that positive energy will in turn bring positive benefits back to me, maybe even healing energy.
