In order for returns to be accepted, you must get an RMA number before returning the product. Please call us toll-free at 1-888-674-9567 Monday through Friday between 10am to 5pm PST or contact us.
Manufacturer’s Defects: If you find a defect in your Relax Pack, please notify us within 30-days from the date of purchase. We will offer a replacement or a refund if there is a defect and Relax Pack will cover the shipping costs.
How do I get an RMA # (return merchandise authorization)?
You will need to contact Relax Pack either by email or telephone. Any products returned without an RMA will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred in returning the product (this will not be refunded).
