Typically your order will ship the same day if your order is placed before 3:30pm PST, however, depending on the volume of orders and requests, your order can be delayed until the following day. Only on very rare occasions is it ever delayed beyond 24hrs from the time you placed your order.
Do you offer expedited orders?
We treat every order as an expedited order. Every order is important to us and our goal is to get your order to you as fast as possible. Orders placed before 3:30pm PST typically get shipped the same day.
Is weekend delivery available?
Yes, USPS does deliver mail on Saturday in most areas.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping orders within the United States. Let us know if you are interested in International Orders and we can advise you when this feature is enabled.
What type of shipping options do you offer?
Relax Pack, LLC exclusively uses USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days) for all of our shipments.
How much do the Packs weigh?
Use as approximate weight:
Neck Wrap = 2 lbs / Body Pack = 1.25 lbs / Eye Pillow = 0.65 lbs
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping costs are based on the approximate weight of the order. All rates are for U.S. domestic shipments.
