When my mother told me last minute that all she wanted for Christmas was a neck wrap that she could microwave for her pinched nerves, I thought I would have a tough time finding one. To my surprise, I not only found Relax Pack within 5 minutes, but it was also more than I could have hoped for! My family has always been in the thrifty habit of filling tube socks with rice or beans, but as anyone who's ever tried that knows, they can burn holes through the socks and start to smell like burnt popcorn after awhile. The Relax Pack was heaven sent! The flax seeds help the pack to conform more easily to your neck and the herbs stir up an aromatherapy that makes them second to none!

Everything was great, I love the smell! I heat the packs up throughout the day and night and use one on my neck and wrap the other around my elbow and use on on my chest - my fibromyalgia has gone into my arms and I do find the packs to settle the pain down.

Tiffany, I apologize it has taken me so long to answer your e-mail. I also had wanted to write you just on my own to let you know a few things, which are as follows: I came across your website purely by accident. It was through facebook. The word fibromyalgia caught my eye immediately. My son and I both suffer from this horrible, debilitating illness; and as soon as I saw fibromyalgia, I thought this might be something my son might really enjoy. So in about 10 minutes of seeing your ad I had placed my order. It was just a few days before Christmas but your site promised Christmas delivery. After I placed my order all of sudden regret started overtaking my thoughts. I kept thinking, I know nothing about this company. I don't know if they are reputable. I don't know if they are trustworthy. Who knows if I'll even receive anything, and before Christmas, yea, right. But when my package came from you, I think like 3 days later, and before Christmas, as promised. I was so excited!!! We received what we ordered, by the time it was promised and everything seemed to be on the up and up. Then when I opened the box and saw your little note informing me you were the owner, I thought I have to write to you, through your company, and let you know how happy we are with the items and how it all worked out.

Keep being as wonderful to everyone else, as you were to us, and your sales will go through the roof in no time (but maybe they already have, I wouldn't be surprised)!!

Love the Relax Packs! I especially like the neck wrap. The flax seed is more comfortable than the corn and rice bags I've had, and there's no smell! The packs are great for my fibro pain.
